Norman, you were my entire world for 14 years. Thank you for smiling at me as you left this world, confirming for me once again our language was ours alone. You will always have my heart.

here are no words to describe our dearest little Kingy. He was the first dog @tommypelphrey and I rescued together and honestly the most special.
I saw him online shaking in a shelter in Atlanta while I was away in Germany , and asked the shelter to hold him because we just had to have him. A month later we were in Atlanta for Tom’s work, and we spent an entire day driving hours to go pick up King. It was ♥️! We did not have him nearly long enough. What started as a 6 pound , skinny , wouldn’t drink water , fur less, scared dog, turned into a chubby , hilarious , side plopping, eye kissing part of our family. The hardest part about adopting seniors with medical issues, is we truly don’t know how long we have. All I know is Kingy gave us the most joy over the last year in a half and we could not love him more. To everyone that helped with Kingy’s journey along the way, thank you. I urge you to rescue your next best friend He has left his paw print on our family’s hearts forever

For the last 6 years, my princess Netty has been nothing short of amazing … She was the first ‘real’ horse I ever sat on, and was the first in my official string. It was love at first sight. My first jump on her in Calgary, was a moment of ‘whoa’. I knew I would love her forever and that she was perfect for me. We won our first class together and our last. Our magical moments together are too many to count! From taking me to Spruce to Meadows to indoors at the LA Longines Masters never getting a rail and a blink of a second from 1st. She knew exactly where her feet were supposed to go every take off and every landing,” Cuoco said of her horse. “She was also a genius , keeping me safe and competitive at the same time. I hope Netty knows retirement doesn’t mean her life is over I feel this is my way of thanking her, with a brand new life. Living forever in our backyard, having babies and getting constant pocket mints from my dad. Bionetty, there will never be another like you. You will always be my Queen B! 🦄

Fiona (Horse)

Breed: Dwarf Pony | Adopted 2020

Kaley Cuoco and her ex-husband Karl Cook adopted a Dwarf Pony named Fiona, who sadly didn’t live long due to her life-health issues. Fiona passed away in May 2020.

After a very short time together, our precious dwarf pony rescue Fiona, passed away last night.. she came to us & @pomponioranch @mrtankcook in such terrible shape, we were thrilled we got any time with her at all.

Let me make this very clear…there is a reason she was a rescue. We take on many of these dwarf ponies and it looks so cute and exciting that everyone wants one. It’s not. They have severe medical issues and most have been completely mistreated and not taken care of. Fiona was a prime example: she came to us malnourished, horrible feet, rotting teeth, she needed help to stand every morning and that’s just the beginning. These animals should not live this way and should not be bred this way. It’s WRONG. We did all we could but her small body could not survive. She no longer has to live in pain and she passed away covered in blankets surrounded with love.

We will continue to save everything we can but know days like this will happen. We love you princess Fiona!!
