Kaley Cuoco Adopted a Cow Named Connie Cowstein

Try saying that five times fast! Kaley Cuoco is beloved by fans for both her acting and animal advocacy. On top of seven rescue dogs, she has a variety of rescued farm animals. This includes a rescued mini cow with the cute name of Connie Cowstein. Cuoco shared an Instagram story over the weekend with the caption, “Our girl Connie Cowstein,” with the song “Cowgirls” by Morgan Wallen as the soundtrack.

Many celebrity news sites are reporting that Connie is a new addition to Cuoco and husband Tom Pelphrey’s farm, but Cuoco actually adopted Connie for Christmas in 2021. As you can see from the screenshots below of her 2021 Instagram story, Connie is truly a mini cow and is still currently a lil’ cutie. Her captions include, “Oh and this happened. We adopted a mini cow and I actually can’t handle it. Her name is Connie. Sit with that for a minute. I couldn’t stop staring at her. She’s so magical and sweet.”
