When she was growing up in Kenya, actress Lupita Nyong’o had a deadly grey mamba snake as a pet. But her’s wasn’t so deadly, as it was already dead. The snake was found and killed in her family’s house, but young Lupita found its body after. She grew fond of the dead snake and took it to school to freak out her classmates. She eventually donated it to her school, where it was embalmed and used as a science specimen to learn from.
