Andrea Bowen is an American actress known for her role as Julie Mayer on the ABC series Desperate Housewives (2004–2012), for which she received multiple Screen Actors Guild Awards as part of the ensemble cast. She began her career on Broadway and has appeared in a variety of film and television productions.

In Desperate Housewives, she acted alongside Teri Hatcher, Felicity Huffman, Marcia Cross, and Eva Longoria. She played a lead role in Girl, Positive (2007), sharing scenes with Jennie Garth. She appeared in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit (2008), performing with Mariska Hargitay. She starred in the television film The Preacher’s Daughter (2013) with Ron Jackson. She acted in G.B.F. (2013), appearing alongside Sasha Pieterse and Michael J. Willett. She had guest roles in Boston Public (2002) and One Tree Hill (2006), acting with Jessalyn Gilsig and Chad Michael Murray. Bowen also appeared in the Hallmark film A Family for the Holidays (2017).
