Kristen Doute, former Vanderpump Rules star and star of the new Bravo TV series The Valley, has shared the sad news that her rescue dog Bowie has passed away.
Over the last two days, Doute has posted tributes to Bowie on her Instagram story.
Her stories included songs to fit her feelings for her beloved pup, including “See You Again” by Wiz Khalifa, “In My Life” by The Beatles, and “How Long Will I Love You” by Ellie Goulding.
Doute didn’t share many details, but she posted last week that Bowie wasn’t doing well and had to see a vet. The caption below read, “Bowie is staying at the vet overnight for a few days. Please say prayers and good juju for him to fight.”
Bowie did make it back home, but looked exhausted in the video she posted to her Stories.
Bowie sadly didn’t make it through the weekend, with Doute sharing her last photo of him. Her caption read, “Out last photo together. Rest in peace, paradise, and everything your puppy dreams are made of. I love you so much, sweet boy. You know what’s true? You saved me so I was lucky to also save you.”
Doute still has another rescue pup named Gibson, seen below in happier times with his roommate Bowie.
Bowie was adopted back in November 2016, with Doute sharing the video of when she got him.

And not soon after, Bowie went missing… But they were luckily reunited!
