Kaley Cuoco is a dedicated animal lover and adoption advocate, with many rescued fur babies in her family. Her family includes a stable’s worth of rescued horses (and even dwarf ponies!) Cuoco also rides horses competitively.
Over the weekend, Cuoco shared the sad news that one of her beloved horses, Bella, had passed away. Bella was a show horse that she rode competitively, with the duo even winning ribbons together. On Instagram, she writes about how Bella was “the horse of a lifetime” and “taught me how to fly.” She welcomed Bella into her home in 2016, and they had an amazing eight years together.
Many of Cuoco’s celebrity friends gave their condolences via the comments. Amanda Seyfried said, “Kaley I’m sorry. They are the best.” Sarah Paulson said, “Sending you love my friend.” Beth Behrs said, “I’m so sorry. What a beautiful girl. Sending you all the healing love and light in the world. You gave her the best life ever.” And Whitney Cummings left three heart emojis.
This follows Cuoco’s rescue dog named Dump Truck passing away in May. That month she also launched Oh Norman!, a dog brand dedicated to her late rescue dog Norman.
