Riley Voelkel's Pets

Riley Voelkel is an American actress known for her role as Freya Mikaelson in The Originals (2014–2018) and Legacies (2019, 2022). She played Jenna Johnson in HBO’s The Newsroom (2012–2014) and was cast as Carrie in Roswell, New Mexico (2021–2022). Her earlier television work includes recurring appearances as Sam in The Secret Life of the American Teenager (2012) and a role in American Horror Story: Coven (2013). She appeared in the feature film The Social Network (2010) as part of the supporting ensemble.

In The Originals, Voelkel worked alongside Joseph Morgan, Daniel Gillies, and Phoebe Tonkin, portraying a central character in multiple seasons. Her role on The Newsroom included scenes with Jeff Daniels and Olivia Munn. In Roswell, New Mexico, she acted opposite Nathan Parsons and Jeanine Mason in a recurring capacity. Her appearance in American Horror Story: Coven placed her in episodes featuring Taissa Farmiga and Emma Roberts. She collaborated with Shailene Woodley and Daren Kagasoff in The Secret Life of the American Teenager. In The Social Network, she was part of the ensemble cast that included Jesse Eisenberg and Andrew Garfield.
