Michael Kelly is an American actor known for his roles in television and film. He portrayed Doug Stamper in House of Cards (2013–2018) and played Mike November in Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan (2019–2023). His film credits include Dawn of the Dead (2004), Changeling (2008), Now You See Me (2013), and Everest (2015). He has also appeared in Criminal Minds: Evolution, The Sopranos, and Person of Interest.

Kelly starred in House of Cards as Doug Stamper, sharing extensive screen time with Kevin Spacey and Robin Wright. In Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan, he played CIA officer Mike November, working alongside John Krasinski. He appeared in Dawn of the Dead, acting in scenes with Sarah Polley. In Changeling, he played Detective Lester Ybarra, appearing with Angelina Jolie. He had a supporting role in Now You See Me, acting opposite Jesse Eisenberg. His role in Everest placed him alongside Jason Clarke in the mountaineering drama. He also made appearances in The Sopranos and Person of Interest, featuring in key episodes with James Gandolfini and Jim Caviezel.
