Melanie Lynskey
Melanie Lynskey is a New Zealand actress. She has received two Critics’ Choice Awards, a Gracie Award, a New Zealand Film Award, a Hollywood Film Award, and a Sundance Special Jury Award, as well as Gotham Award, Golden Nymph Award, Screen Actors Guild Award, and Primetime Emmy Award nominations. Her films include Heavenly Creatures, Detroit Rock City, But I’m a Cheerleader, Coyote Ugly, and Sweet Home Alabama. She is also well-known for her roles on the TV shows Two and a Half Men and Togetherness. In 2023, she had a guest role in HBO’s The Last of Us with Pedro Pascal and Bella Ramsey. She’s most recently known for starring in Showtime’s Yellowjackets with Christina Ricci, Juliette Lewis, and Ella Purnell.
