Christina Hall has a rescued Pitbull named Stella that she shares with her husband Josh. Josh got Stella in 2014. Stella had a cancer scare in 2022 but has luckily recovered.

Seven weeks ago we found out our sweet Stella has cancer. Early prognosis said she could leave us as early as 60-90 days. But we won’t accept that. Of course we have been spoiling her extra. We did a ton of research and we put her on a special diet. Josh spends hours a week and a ton of dishes to prep her meals and add her multiple supplements. Josh didn’t have kids of his own and Stella is his baby. I’m happy to share, since the new meal plan / PSP mushroom + omega supplements she looks healthier than ever. Praying we get many many more years.

Christina Hall has a French Bulldog named Cash, who’s sometimes called Cashie. She got Cash in 2017 during her separation from Tarek El Moussa.

For Christmas 2020, Christina Hall got a Rottweiler puppy named Biggie. After several appearances, Biggie wasn’t seen on her Instagram for months, with many fans commenting to ask what happened. In October 2021, Christina commented she sadly had to rehome the pup as it wasn’t getting along with her kids.
