Chrissy Teigen and John Legend currently have four dogs: Penny, Pearl, Pebbles, and Petey. They also have two pet birds, a Sphynx cat, a hamster, and a bearded dragon.

Puddy

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend used to have an English Bulldog named Puddy who passed away at 10 years old in 2018. Puddy was married to Pippa, one of their French bulldogs, who also passed away.

Pippa

Pippa is Chrissy Teigen’s French bulldog. Frequent playdates, the occasional wedding, and long walks on the beach sum up Pippa Teigen’s life. Her Twitter has been inactive since 2011 but you can see the various moods Pippa was experiencing by the hour. Pippa also got married to John Legend’s dog Puddy. Pippa passed away on July 15, 2021.

Penny

Rescued

Penny is a rescued three-legged black French bulldog that belongs to John Legend and Chrissy Teigen. While on an East Coast tour, John Legend found Penny and flew the lucky pup to their home in Los Angeles.

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend adopted a Basset Hound named Pearl after their dog Pippa passed away.

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend adopted a standard poodle named Petey in January 2020. Petey is named after the parakeet from the 1994 film Dumb and Dumber. The couple adopted Petey from a litter of 10 at Wagmore Pet Rescue, after Ellen Degeneres featured the the 10-pack of pups on her show. Fun fact: After hearing about Petey, Kris Jenner adopted one of the siblings and named her Bridgette! In February 2024, their daughter Luna made Petey an honorary Girl Scout.

Pepper

Chrissy Teigen and John Legend got an English bulldog named Pepper in October 2017. Pepper is also Teigen’s mom’s nickname. Pepper has since passed away.

Sebastian

Breed: Bearded Dragon

In May 2020, Chrissy Teigen got her son Miles a pet Bearded Dragon lizard named Sebastian for his second birthday.

Peanut Butter

Teigen and Legend’s daughter Luna got a pet hamster named Peanut Butter in December 2020. This is actually their second hamster named Peanut Butter, with the first passing away early that month. In August 2021, Peanut Butter went missing for three days, but was luckily found. But not before Teigen cut a hole in her wall in an attempt to find him.
