Jennifer Aniston Debuts Children’s Book Series Inspired by Her Rescue Dog Clyde

Friends icon Jennifer Aniston has revealed the first of a series of four children’s books, titled “Clydeo Takes a Bite Out of Life,” set to release on October 1st. Aniston currently has two real rescue dogs, a Schnauzer mix named Clyde and a Lab named Lord Chesterfield. She also has an animated/virtual/metaverse version of Clyde, named Clydeo.

I could not be more thrilled to be taking Clydeo and his stories to publishing, where he will hopefully inspire children and dog lovers alike with his adorable journey to find his true passion.

Aniston first teased Clydeo way back in December 2021 when the animated pup first moved in.

As he doesn’t need to pay rent, Clydeo is determined to help around the house through his love of cooking.

Aniston’s series will tell stories about Clydeo to inspire and give confidence to the kids reading them. With “Clydeo Takes a Bite Out of Life” focusing on cooking.

Like in the kitchen and in life, Clydeo wants to show kids that it’s all part of learning and growing.

And he also has a life lesson for nepo kids: Sometimes you don’t always land that TV show deal.

In case you’re wondering, all three pups have been getting along swell…

…Even if Clydeo doesn’t speak dog.

While Clydeo is a coauthor of children’s books, please note he’s an adult and legal drinking age in dog years.

And in an amazing coincidence, Clydeo and Clyde are actually cousins!
