Krist Novoselic
Krist Novoselic is an American musician and political activist, best known as the bassist and co-founder of the iconic grunge band Nirvana. Alongside his notable music career, Novoselic has been involved in political advocacy, focusing on electoral reform.
Novoselic’s musical journey began with Nirvana, where he played a pivotal role in shaping the sound of the band alongside Kurt Cobain and Dave Grohl. Their album “Nevermind” achieved widespread acclaim and is considered a landmark in the grunge music movement. After Nirvana, Novoselic continued his musical endeavors with projects like Sweet 75 and Eyes Adrift.
Throughout his career, Krist Novoselic has collaborated with a range of artists and musicians, contributing to his diverse career portfolio. Post-Nirvana, he worked with Curt Kirkwood and Bud Gaugh in Eyes Adrift, and with musicians in his other band, Giants in the Trees.
