Jamie Bell
Jamie Bell is an English actor best known for his role in Billy Elliot (2000), which earned him the BAFTA Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role. He has appeared in various films, including King Kong (2005), The Adventures of Tintin (2011), Snowpiercer (2013), Fantastic Four (2015), and Rocketman (2019). Bell has also had roles in television series, such as TURN: Washington’s Spies (2014–2017).
Bell’s career began with his breakout role in Billy Elliot, a performance that won him a BAFTA award. He went on to star in Nicholas Nickleby (2002) and played a supporting role in King Kong (2005). In 2011, Bell voiced and performed motion capture for the character Tintin in The Adventures of Tintin. He starred in Snowpiercer (2013) as Edgar. He portrayed Ben Grimm/The Thing in Fantastic Four (2015) and played Bernie Taupin in Rocketman (2019), a biographical musical about Elton John. Bell also starred in the historical drama series TURN: Washington’s Spies, where he played Abraham Woodhull.
