Fátima Ptacek
Fátima Ptacek is an American actress and model, best known for her role as the voice of Dora in the animated television series “Dora the Explorer” and for her performance in the Academy Award-winning short film “Curfew.”
Ptacek’s career began with roles in films such as “The Rebound” (2009) and “A Little Game” (2014). She voiced Dora from 2010 to 2019 and performed in “Curfew” (2012), contributing to the film’s success at the Academy Awards. Ptacek appeared in guest roles on television series including “The Good Wife” and “Body of Proof.”
Throughout her career, Ptacek has collaborated with several significant actors. In “Curfew,” she worked with Shawn Christensen. Her role in “The Rebound” placed her opposite Catherine Zeta-Jones.
