Before being adopted by his wonderful mom Dasha Minaeva, Rexie was abused by his former owners. his resulted in his lower body becoming paralyzed.
But Rexie doesn’t let his liability stop him from casting!
Rexie and his mom also put plenty of effort into advocating for the adoption and care of “handicats” and any pets with special needs.
