With season 3 underway, The White Lotus is one of the most-hyped TV series on right now. And for 2024, one of the most-hyped celebrity animals was Moo Deng the Pygmy Hippo. And with season 3 filming in Thailand, some of the cast couldn’t miss the chance for a cross-over with Moo.
Sarah Catherine Hook and Sam Nivola swapped the drama of The White Lotus for the drama that Moo Deng is famous, with a visit to Khao Kheow Open Zoo in Si Racha, Chonburi, Thailand. The video starts with the pair getting hyped up as they travel to Moo Deng’s enclosure – And they were definitely not disappointed when Moo Deng rolled out.
The actors got to meet Moo Deng’s parents, played a round of “True or False,” and even got their own matching Moo Deng pajamas (which they proudly wore on top of their outfits). We last covered Moo Deng when she was named one of the New York Times’ “Most Stylish People of 2024.”
