Angus and India
Fashion designer Tom Ford and his partner Richard Buckley have two dogs named Angus and India, which are both Smooth Coat Fox Terriers. Ford is a known fan of Fox Terriers, previously having one named John who appeared with Ford on the cover of i-D Magazine in 2001. Angus and India both starred in A Single Man (2009) with Colin Firth, which was Tom Ford’s directorial debut.

Thomas Carlyle Ford is an American fashion designer and director born on August 27, 1961. He’s best known for his TOM FORD luxury fashion label, which includes clothing, footwear, accessories, and handbags. In November 2022, the Tom Ford brand was sold to Estee Lauder for $2.8 billion, with Ford personally getting an estimated $1.1 billion from the deal. Before launching his self-named brand, he was the creative director at Gucci and Yves Saint Laurent.
Tom Ford has also directed two feature films. First with A Single Man (2009) which starred Colin Firth, Julianne Moore, Nicholas Hoult, and Matthew Goode. His second was Nocturnal Animals (2016) which starred Jake Gyllenhaal, Amy Adams, Michael Shannon, Armie Hammer, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, and Isla Fisher. Nocturnal Animals won the Grand Jury Prize at the Venice Film Festival.
