Shawnee Smith is an American actress and singer, best known for her portrayal of Amanda Young in the Saw franchise.

Smith’s career encompasses a diverse range of roles across film and television. She starred in the CBS sitcom Becker from 1998 to 2004 as Linda, the medical assistant. Her notable film work began with Summer School in 1987 and was followed by her impactful role in Saw (2004) and its sequels Saw II (2005), Saw III (2006), and Saw VI (2009). Additionally, she provided the voice for a character in the animated film The Secret Life of Girls (1999).
