Paige VanZant is an American mixed martial artist, boxer, and author, best known for competing in the Flyweight division in the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC). She has also participated in Bare Knuckle Fighting Championship (BKFC) and has made appearances in television and film.
Throughout her career in mixed martial arts, VanZant has been recognized for her performances in the UFC’s Strawweight division before moving to Flyweight. VanZant’s transition into bare-knuckle boxing with the BKFC further showcased her versatility as a combat sports athlete. In addition to her combat sports career, she has authored a memoir, “Rise: Surviving the Fight of My Life.”
VanZant’s collaborations with renowned trainers and fighters in the MMA community, including Urijah Faber and the team at Team Alpha Male have been instrumental in developing her combat skills.
