Eve Myles' Pets

Eve Myles is a Welsh actress known for her lead role as Gwen Cooper in the BBC science fiction series Torchwood (2006–2011). She also starred in the BBC series Keeping Faith (2017–2021) and appeared in the television dramas Broadchurch (2015) and A Very English Scandal (2018).

In Torchwood, Myles worked closely with John Barrowman, portraying a central character in the Doctor Who spin-off. In Keeping Faith, she collaborated with Bradley Freegard in a legal drama set in Wales. She appeared alongside David Tennant and Olivia Colman in Broadchurch, contributing to the series’ second season. In A Very English Scandal, she shared the screen with Hugh Grant, playing a supporting role in the dramatization of a 1970s political scandal. Myles also performed with Michael Sheen in the BBC film The Trick (2021), focusing on the Climategate controversy. Her theatre work includes a role in the National Theatre’s production of All New People, acting alongside Zach Braff.
