Cree Summer is an American-Canadian actress, voice actress, and singer. Her career is highlighted by her role as Freddie Brooks on the NBC sitcom “A Different World” and the voice of characters such as Susie Carmichael on “Rugrats” and Elmyra Duff on “Tiny Toon Adventures.”
