Bitsie Tulloch
Elizabeth Tulloch, also known as Bitsie Tulloch, is an American actress best known for her roles on television. She first gained widespread recognition playing Juliette Silverton and later Eve on NBC’s fantasy drama Grimm with David Giuntoli, which ran for six seasons from 2011 to 2017. More recently, she portrayed Lois Lane in The CW’s Superman & Lois opposite Tyler Hoechlin, a central role in the Arrowverse franchise that solidified her place in genre television. Her work as Lois Lane earned her two Saturn Award nominations for Best Actress on Television.
Tulloch began her acting career with early appearances in television shows like The West Wing, Cold Case, and House, gradually building a resume that balanced both indie and studio projects. Her film work includes playing Nadine in Lakeview Terrace alongside Samuel L. Jackson and Kerry Washington, and a supporting role as silent film actress Norma in The Artist, which won the Academy Award for Best Picture. She voiced “Sweets” in the animated film Alpha and Omega, and also co-produced and starred in the indie drama Caroline and Jackie, which debuted at the Tribeca Film Festival. In 2013, she joined the ensemble cast of the JFK assassination drama Parkland, acting opposite Paul Giamatti, Billy Bob Thornton, and Zac Efron.
Tulloch’s performances have received recognition over the years. She earned a nomination from the LA Weekly Theater Awards for her role in Quarterlife and was part of the ensemble cast nominated for a Critics’ Choice Award for The Artist. Her portrayal of Lois Lane in Superman & Lois led to two Saturn Award nominations.
In July 2025, Tulloch hosted a dog-friendly screening of James Gunn’s Superman.
