First, we want to start by saying our hearts go out to everyone affected by the devastating wildfires currently sweeping Los Angeles. Paris Hilton and her family, who live in Malibu, are among the many who are dealing with this tragedy as it unfolds. Paris posted several Instagram stories around 3am this morning, documenting her fleeing her Malibu home with four of her pups. We reposted her stories to YouTube to allow others to view them after they expire.
The first video, posted around 3am this morning, documented her fleeing her Malibu home with four of her pups. She starts the video saying, “Okay, we found everyone,” with a shot of four of her dogs bundled in her car that’s also stuffed with various belongings. Her home has since tragically burned down, including her iconic $325k dog mansion in her backyard.
The next video then lets her followers know that her and the pups are safe at a gas station, before heading to a hotel. The dogs Hilton has with her are the ones that make the most recent appearances on her social media. There’s Crypto and Ether Reum, who are Pomeranians she got in April 2021. And her two cloned Chihuahuas, Diamond and Baby, who she got for Christmas in 2023. Paris has more dogs and also three cats (along with her two human babies and husband). We’ll assume they had evacuated separately.
Paris also posted info on how to help both humans and animals during this crisis. Below are shelter locations for small and large animals that are found or need a safe place.
Along with info on organizations people can donate to that will help those affected.
She also shared a harrowing view of the burning landscape.
Paris followed up with an Instagram post sharing her grief and support for her community – Along with her media team starting outreach to see how they can help any non-profits asap.
