Katie Holmes welcomed a new (fur) child into her home with Eleanor, a Ragdoll cat. This follows Suri, her human child she had with Tom Cruise, graduating high school last month with plans to move away for college in the fall.
So now after Suri leaves, Holmes has a fluffy fur baby to care for and keep her company! She shared the news on Instagram, with a few candid “makeup-free” selfies – a departure from her usual professional or “going out” posts.
Her followers celebrated the new kitty, along with her natural good looks, with comments like, “So adorable Katie and Eleanor!!” and “Hello Katie, what a beauty! Also your cat is beautiful,” and “I like this photo a lot more than the one on the cover of ‘Glamour’.” This follows the good news in her last post from a week ago, where she shared she joined the season 2 cast of Natasha Lyonne’s Poker Face with Giancarlo Esposito, Kumail Nanjiani, and Gaby Hoffmann.
