Kaley Cuoco has a deep love for horses and has at least four. She rides competitively and has also adopted horses (along with a farm full of rescue animals). So you can imagine the joy Cuoco felt taking Matilda (her 17-month-old human daughter) for her first horseback riding lesson!
Shared on Cuoco’s Instagram Stories, Matilda sat confidently on her tiny custom saddle. Her dad and Cuoco’s fiancee, Tom Pelphrey, was there smiling by her side. Cuoco recently told People about her daughter’s custom saddle, saying, “We had a special saddle made for her, so it actually props her up. And she just sits in that thing and walks around and it is crazy.” She also noted that while Matilda is quite stable on the saddle, they’re always by her side.
Her Instagram Stories were also the public debut of Matilda’s very own pony, Skye! And did you know Kaley Cuoco adopted a Zonkey named Zazie?
