Social media star Brittany Furlan and her rocker husband Tommy Lee’s dog just survived being carried off by a coyote. All thanks to her mom Brittany’s speed and bravery (along with her pup packing a few extra pounds).
The grateful pup is Neena Da Weena, a long-haired Dachshund and one of the couple’s four dogs. In the video, you can see she’s hanging out with their other Dachshund, Teenie The Weenie, who manages to make an escape.
Neena is quickly snatched up by the coyote before she has time to react. But Brittany summons her dog mom strength as she screams and sprints after the kidnapper. They disappear off-screen, with Brittany walking back with Neena just as Tommy Lee makes it outside. In her caption, Brittany mentions how most wouldn’t expect a coyote attack in the middle of the day, as well as thanking God that Neena is a little bit fat, as the coyote wasn’t able to get back over the wall with her. Brittany also posted several Instagram stories expressing how grateful she is that Neena is ok.
And while we wouldn’t usually agree that dogs should smoke but we imagine surviving a coyote attack calls for one.
