Phill Lewis is an American actor, comedian and director. He is best known for his role as hotel manager Mr. Moseby on the Disney Channel series The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and its spin-off, The Suite Life on Deck. He also had roles in sitcoms Friends, Lizzie McGuire, The Wayans Bros., Yes, Dear, Scrubs and How I Met Your Mother. From 2017 to 2019, Lewis directed fifteen episodes of Netflix sitcom One Day at a Time.

Lewis’s career in entertainment began with television appearances in the late 1980s. He quickly became recognized for his comedic timing, securing a role on the sitcom “Teech,” which, despite a short run, opened doors for him. His portrayal of Mr. Moseby became a defining role, endearing him to a generation of viewers. Beyond acting, Lewis also stepped behind the camera, directing episodes of “The Suite Life on Deck” and other Disney Channel shows, showcasing his versatility in the industry.
