Noah Lyles is an American professional track and field sprinter, specializing in the 100 meters and 200 meters. He is a two-time World Champion in the 200 meters, winning gold in both the 2019 and 2022 World Championships. Lyles has set several national records and won multiple Diamond League titles.

Noah Lyles began his professional career after an outstanding junior career where he won gold in the 200 meters at the 2014 Youth Olympic Games. He turned professional in 2016, signing with Adidas. In 2017, he set a new personal best in the 200 meters, winning the Diamond League title in that event. In 2018, Lyles won the U.S. Championships and set the world-leading time for the 200 meters. His performance at the 2019 World Championships in Doha was notable, where he claimed the gold medal in the 200 meters with a time of 19.83 seconds. Lyles also anchored the U.S. team to a gold medal in the 4×100 meters relay.
