Hillary Rodham Clinton is most famous for her role in American Politics. Her career started in law and included law positions in education and government. Married to Bill Clinton and mother to Chelsea Clinton, she became First Lady of Arkansas while still practicing law. When Bill Clinton became President in 1993 she became First Lady of the United States, where she took a very active role in public policy.
After Bill’s second term as president had ended in 2001, she successfully campaigned to become a New York Senator which continued until 2009. She unsuccessfully ran against Barack Obama for the democratic nomination in 2008. She then became the first female candidate to be nominated for president from the two major U.S. political parties, but lost against Republican Donald Trump in 2016. She has an estimated net worth of $32 million.
