Cillian Murphy, Oppenheimer – Best Actor, Drama
After winning Best Actor in a Drama, we can bet Cillian Murphy is flying home to Dublin to take his best friend Scout for a walk. Murphy has mentioned he got the dog for his kids back in 2016, but he’s the only one who walks him. Back in 2016, he was also spotted walking Scout as part of the annual March for Choice in Dublin.
Lily Gladstone, Killers of the Flower Moon – Best Actress, Drama
Lily Gladstone won Best Actress in a Drama for her role in Scorsese’s epic Killers of the Flower Moon. She has a black labrador named Birdy who won the award for best doggo to star on her Instagram.
Christopher Nolan, Oppenheimer – Best Director
Director Christopher Nolan has one dog that’s a black German Shepherd.
Emma Stone, Poor Things – Best Actress, Musical or Comedy
Emma Stone won for her role as Bella Baxter in Poor Things. She had a rescued Golden Retriever named Ren, that she shared with ex-boyfriend Andrew Garfield. Ren sadly passed away in late 2020.
Robert Downey, Jr., Oppenheimer – Best Supporting Actor
Robert Downey Jr. took home Best Supporting Actor. And he has several alpacas at home! He’s seen below with Fuzzy.
Da’Vine Joy Randolph, The Holdovers – Best Supporting Actress
Best Supporting Actress winner Da’Vine Joy Randolph has an adorable little Frenchie.
Kieran Culkin and Sarah Snook, Succession – Best Actor and Actress, Drama TV Series
Kieran Culkin and Sarah Snook both won for their roles in Succession, but they both don’t have any pets. So, we’ll take this time to give a shoutout to Succession’s real star, Mondale the dog! Fun fact: Mondale is played by canine actor Ditto, who also played Radar, John Turturro’s dog in Severance.

Not much is known about Jeremy Allen White’s dog, except it’s an unbelievably cute ball of black fluff.
Ayo Edebiri, The Bear – Best Actress, Musical or Comedy TV Series
White’s The Bear costar Ayo Edebiri also won. And she also has a cute lil pup! He’s a chihuahua-mix named Gromit.
Steven Yeun, Beef – Best Actor, Limited TV Series
Steven Yeun and Ali Wong both won for their leading roles in Netflix’s Beef. But only Yeun has a pet – A Goldendoodle named Agnes.
Matthew Macfadyen, Succession – Best Supporting Actor, Limited Series
Matthew Macfadyen brought home another win for Succession. In December 2023, Macfadyen and his wife Keeley Hawes brought home a rescue mini-poodle! (Said mini-poodle is in the back – The very big and slightly jealous poodle in the front is Buster)
Billie Eilish, Barbie Movie – Best Original Song
For the Barbie Movie soundtrack, Billie Eilish won Best Original Song for “What Was I Made For?” She has two rescue pets: A cat named Misha and a pitbull named Shark.
