Young M.A (real named Katorah Kasanova Marrero) is an American rapper, songwriter, and entrepreneur from Brooklyn, New York. Born in 1992, she began her career in 2015 with the release of her first single “Brooklyn Chiraq.”

Since then, Young M.A has gone on to achieve numerous milestones in her career. She has released two studio albums, “Herstory in the Making” in 2019 and “Off the Yak” in 2021, both of which received critical acclaim. The latter debuted at number 30 on the Billboard 200 chart, and the lead single “Hello Baby” featuring Fivio Foreign has over 12 million views on YouTube.

In addition to her solo work, Young M.A has collaborated with a range of other artists, including Eminem, French Montana, and R&B singer T-Pain. She has also worked with other prominent figures in the music industry, such as DJ Khaled, Meek Mill, Zaytoven, and Lil Durk.

Young M.A’s talent and hard work have earned her recognition from her peers and the wider industry. She has been nominated for several awards, including a BET Hip Hop Award for Best New Hip Hop Artist and an MTV Video Music Award for Best Video with a Message. She has also been featured in publications such as Forbes and XXL Magazine.
