Ronnie Dunn
Ronnie Dunn is an American country music singer-songwriter and record executive, best known for being one half of the duo Brooks & Dunn. Throughout his career, Dunn has won multiple awards, including Grammy Awards and Country Music Association Awards, and is recognized for his significant contributions to country music both as a solo artist and as part of Brooks & Dunn.
Ronnie Dunn embarked on his music career as a solo artist before achieving massive success with Kix Brooks in the duo Brooks & Dunn. The duo released their debut album, Brand New Man, in 1991, which was certified 6x Platinum in the United States. Dunn co-wrote many of the duo’s hits, including “Boot Scootin’ Boogie” and “My Maria,” which topped country music charts. After Brooks & Dunn disbanded in 2010, Dunn continued his career as a solo artist, releasing albums such as Ronnie Dunn in 2011 and Peace, Love, and Country Music in 2014.
Throughout his career, Ronnie Dunn has collaborated with numerous artists, enhancing his impact on the music industry. Notable collaborations include working with Reba McEntire on the single “If You See Him/If You See Her,” which reached number one on the Billboard Country charts.
