Phil Collins
Phil Collins is an iconic British singer-songwriter, drummer, and music producer. He’s best known for as the lead singer and drummer of the rock band Genesis, who rose to fame in the 1970s, and for his career as a solo artist. He released his first solo album, Face Value, in 1981, which was followed by several more chart-topping albums. His first American number-one single, “Against All Odds (Take a Look at Me Now)”, was released in 1984 and earned him a Grammy Award. He had more US top 40 singles than any other artist in the 1980s. Along with Michael Jackson and Paul McCartney, Collins is one of three recording artists to sell over 100 million records as a solo artist and as a main member of a band. He has five children, including Emily in Paris star Lily Collins.
