Michael J. Willett is an American actor and musician known for his role as Shane Harvey in the MTV series Faking It (2014–2016). He starred as Tanner Daniels in the film G.B.F. (2013) and has released original music as a solo recording artist.
In Faking It, he acted alongside Katie Stevens, Rita Volk, and Gregg Sulkin. In G.B.F., he performed with Sasha Pieterse, Andrea Bowen, and Evanna Lynch. He appeared in United States of Tara (2009–2011), sharing scenes with Toni Collette and Keir Gilchrist. He guest-starred in The Closer (2011), acting with Kyra Sedgwick. He released the album Regeneration (2014) featuring original songs. He appeared in Comedy Bang! Bang! (2015), performing with Scott Aukerman. He played a role in Blue Lagoon: The Awakening (2012), acting alongside Indiana Evans.
