Kristin Kreuk is a Canadian actress known for her roles in the television series “Smallville” as Lana Lang and “Beauty & the Beast” as Catherine Chandler. She has also appeared in the film “EuroTrip” and the miniseries “Earthsea.”
Kristin Kreuk’s career began with her role as Laurel Yeung on the Canadian teen drama “Edgemont.” She gained recognition for her portrayal of Lana Lang in the superhero television series “Smallville,” a role she played from 2001 to 2009. Kreuk then starred in the miniseries “Earthsea” as Tenar and appeared in the comedy film “EuroTrip.” From 2012 to 2016, she played the lead role of Catherine Chandler in the CW series “Beauty & the Beast.” Kreuk has also ventured into voice acting, lending her voice to several characters in animated projects, including the character of Princess Shayla in the animated series “Dragon Tales.”
