He is the NBA’s all-time leading scorer, with 38,387 points, and won six NBA championships during his career with the Milwaukee Bucks and Los Angeles Lakers. Abdul-Jabbar has received numerous accolades, including six MVP awards, and was named one of the 50 Greatest Players in NBA history. Beyond sports, he has acted in films and television, written books, and served as a cultural ambassador.

Abdul-Jabbar appeared in the film Airplane! (1980), where he played a comedic version of himself, and had a recurring role in the television series Full House.
