"Hero of Cats"
Julián Álvarez became the “Hero of Cats” after he struck accused animal abuser Kurt Zouma with a ball in the face. The crowd chanted after the hit “That’s how your cat feels”. The Manchester fans were so thrilled, they painted a cat mural for him.

Julián Álvarez is an Argentine professional footballer who plays as a forward striker or winger for Premier League club Manchester City and the Argentina national team. In 2018, Álvarez was selected by the Argentina U20s to train against the senior team at the 2018 FIFA World Cup. In 2021, Álvarez made his debut for the Argentina senior team, in a World Cup qualifier against Chile.
