ave Foley is a Canadian actor, writer, producer, and comedian, best known for his work on the hit TV show, The Kids in the Hall. Throughout his career, he has appeared in numerous TV shows and films, and has worked with several notable artists and celebrities.

Born in Toronto, Ontario, Foley began his career in entertainment in the 1980s, performing with various comedy troupes and improv groups. In 1988, he co-founded The Kids in the Hall, a sketch comedy troupe that went on to have a successful TV show on CBC and HBO.

Foley gained widespread recognition for his work on The Kids in the Hall, playing a variety of memorable characters, including the socially awkward office worker, Mr. Hilter, and the upbeat, optimistic Kid with the Beard. He also co-wrote and co-produced many of the show’s sketches, helping to shape its unique comedic style.

After The Kids in the Hall ended in 1995, Foley went on to appear in several TV shows and films, including NewsRadio, A Bug’s Life, The Wrong Guy, and Sky High. He has worked with several other notable actors and celebrities throughout his career, including Joe Rogan, Stephen Root, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Jennifer Aniston, and Owen Wilson.

In addition to his work on screen, Foley has also done voice work for several animated TV shows and films, including Disney’s Cars franchise, Bob’s Burgers, and Monsters University. He is also a regular guest on several popular podcasts, including Doug Loves Movies and Never Not Funny.
