Bridgit Mendler
Bridgit Mendler is an American actress, singer, and songwriter who has starred in a number of successful films and television series, released hit songs, and collaborated with other artists and celebrities. Mendler first rose to fame with her breakout role as Teddy Duncan in the Disney Channel series “Good Luck Charlie” in 2010. The series went on to become one of the most successful shows on the Disney Channel, running for four seasons and spawning a number of successful spin-offs and merchandise.
Following the success of “Good Luck Charlie,” Mendler ventured into music and released her debut album, “Hello My Name Is…,” in 2012. The album was a critical and commercial success, featuring hit singles such as “Ready or Not” and “Hurricane.” Mendler’s music career continued to flourish, with the release of her second studio album, “Nemesis,” in 2016.
Mendler’s collaborations with other artists and celebrities have also been a significant part of her career. She has worked with musicians like Shane Harper, Nick Jonas, and Ariana Grande. Mendler has also collaborated with other actors like Jason Dolley and Leigh-Allyn Baker on “Good Luck Charlie,” co-starring with Adam Hicks in the Disney Channel original movie “Lemonade Mouth,” and appearing alongside Shane Harper in the romantic comedy film “Good Luck, Charlie, It’s Christmas!”. Mendler has worked with organizations such as Save the Children and DoSomething.org to promote social causes and raise awareness about important issues such as education and poverty. In 2017, she was appointed as a United Nations Development Programme goodwill ambassador, where she focuses on promoting gender equality and women’s empowerment.
