Amber Liu, also known by her Korean name, Amber Josephine Liu, is a Chinese-American singer, rapper, and songwriter. She is a former member of the South Korean girl group f(x), which debuted in 2009 under S.M. Entertainment. She left the group in 2019 to pursue a solo career. Liu is known for her unique style, blending R&B and pop with hip-hop elements. She is also known for her powerful vocals, rapping skills and as a songwriter. In addition to her singing career, Amber has also appeared in several television shows and films. She released her first solo album “X” in 2020.
