Adam Woodward's Pets

Adam Woodward is an English actor recognized for his portrayal of Brody Hudson in the Channel 4 soap opera Hollyoaks from 2017 to 2021. His performance earned him the Best Male Dramatic Performance award at the 2019 British Soap Awards.[1]

Woodward’s acting career commenced with the 2014 war film The War I Knew, where he played the role of Rock. In 2015, he appeared in the ITV soap opera Emmerdale as Grant and returned in 2017 as Nathan. In 2017, he featured in the film The Black Prince as a British spy. That same year, he portrayed Xander in the television movie The Saint. From 2017 to 2021, Woodward was a series regular on Hollyoaks, playing Brody Hudson. In 2024, he took on the role of Kit Brennan in the television series Bariau. He is set to star as Ryder in the upcoming film Man with No Past, scheduled for release in 2025.[2]

Throughout his career, Woodward has collaborated with various actors across different projects. In The Black Prince, he worked alongside Shabana Azmi and Jason Flemyng. In The Saint, he shared the screen with Eliza Dushku and Adam Rayner. During his tenure on Hollyoaks, he frequently collaborated with Jacob Roberts, who portrayed Damon Kinsella. In Bariau, he acted alongside Glyn Pritchard, Rolant Prys, Bill Skinner, and Gwion Tegid. In Man with No Past, he is set to appear alongside Jon Voight.[3]
