Adam Deacon
Adam Deacon is a British actor, rapper, writer, and director, known for his lead role in “Kidulthood” (2006) and its sequel “Adulthood” (2008), where he won the BAFTA Rising Star Award in 2012. He made his directorial debut with “Anuvahood” in 2011, a film he also wrote and starred in.
Deacon’s early career was marked by his participation in “Kidulthood,” which led to his role in “Adulthood.” His subsequent films include “4.3.2.1” (2010), where he co-starred with Emma Roberts and Tamsin Egerton, and “Bonded by Blood” (2010). In television, he appeared in “Babylon” (2014), directed by Danny Boyle, and voiced characters in the animated series “Rastamouse” (2011-2015).
Deacon has collaborated extensively within the British entertainment industry. He worked with director Noel Clarke on both “Kidulthood” and “Adulthood.” In “Anuvahood,” he collaborated with actors Richie Campbell and Jaime Winstone.
