Cylde, one of Jennifer Aniston’s two rescue dogs, has hit a new milestone as a celebrity pet: His first TV appearance! Cylde joined his mom for an interview with Jimmy Kimmel to discuss his new children’s book and his new pet rescue charity.

Aniston’s new children’s book, Clydeo Takes a Bite Out of Life, features an animated version of the Schnauzer mix named “Clydeo.” Kimmel asked if it’s based on a true story, with Aniston saying it was just inspired by him. Clyde was a very good boy for his first TV appearance – And he even shared his treats with Kimmel!

Aniston also mentions the Clydeo Fund, which she founded in Clyde’s honor and will provide “critical assistance to rescue organizations.” (Read more about the Clydeo Fund here).
