Robin Lord Taylor is an American actor known for his role as Oswald Cobblepot, also known as the Penguin, in the Fox television series Gotham (2014–2019).

Taylor’s career includes roles in television and film. He appeared in TV series such as The Walking Dead and Law & Order. In film, he had supporting roles in Accepted (2006) and Another Earth (2011). His portrayal of the Penguin in Gotham earned critical acclaim and several award nominations. Taylor also starred in the Netflix series You and appeared in John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum (2019).
