Marina Lambrini Diamandis, known professionally as Marina (formerly Marina and the Diamonds), is a Welsh singer, songwriter, and record producer. Since beginning her career in 2005, she has become known for her distinctive soprano voice, thematic albums, and for the incorporation of disparate musical styles into her work. Diamandis has released five studio albums, achieved four top-ten albums in the United Kingdom, and is recognized for her single “Hollywood” from the album “The Family Jewels.”
