Lili Simmons is an American actress known for her role as Rebecca Bowman in the Cinemax series Banshee (2013–2016). She portrayed Natalie James in Ray Donovan (2017–2019), appeared as Lila in The Purge (2018), and played Wayne Williams’s girlfriend in Mindhunter (2019). Simmons took on the role of Selina Kyle in the final episode of Gotham (2019) and starred as Eve in the crime drama Power Book IV: Force (2022–2023).

Simmons acted alongside Antony Starr in Banshee, portraying the Amish daughter of a criminal leader. In Ray Donovan, she shared scenes with Liev Schreiber, playing a journalist involved in a major storyline across multiple seasons. In The Purge, she worked with Gabriel Chavarria, portraying an anti-Purge activist in the USA Network series. She appeared with Holt McCallany in Mindhunter, contributing to an investigation arc based on real historical cases. In Gotham, she succeeded Camren Bicondova as the adult version of Selina Kyle, appearing opposite David Mazouz’s Bruce Wayne.
