Lewis Capaldi is a Scottish musician. In 2019, he was nominated for the Critics’ Choice Award after this single “Someone You Loved” topped the UK Singles Chart. The song remained at the top for seven weeks and reached No. 1 on the US Billboard Hot 100. The success led to a nomination for the 62nd Annual Grammy Awards for Song of the Year and Lewis won the won the 2020 Brit Award for Song of the Year the following year. He also won the 2020 Brit Award for Best New Artist.
