In Mortal Engines, George portrayed Katherine Valentine, acting with Hera Hilmar in a dystopian adventure. She appeared in the crime drama series Animal Kingdom (2019–2022) as young Janine “Smurf” Cody, sharing scenes with Shawn Hatosy. In The Kid (2019), she played Sara, collaborating with Ethan Hawke in a Western film about Billy the Kid. George appeared in Mother, May I Sleep with Danger? (2016), working alongside Tori Spelling in a horror-thriller adaptation. In The Long Home (2019), she joined Josh Hutcherson in a film set in post-World War II America.
