Joseph Mazzello
Joseph Mazzello is an American actor and filmmaker. He rose to fame in the early 1990s with his portrayal of Tim Murphy in the blockbuster film “Jurassic Park” directed by Steven Spielberg. He followed this with roles in films such as “The River Wild,” “The Lost World: Jurassic Park,” and “Simon Birch.”
Beginning his career as a child actor, Mazzello shot to fame for his portrayal of Tim Murphy in Steven Spielberg’s “Jurassic Park.” As he matured, Mazzello gracefully transitioned into adult roles, taking on diverse characters across genres. He exhibited a knack for embodying real-life figures, such as Dustin Moskovitz in “The Social Network” (2010) and John Deacon in the 2018 Queen biopic “Bohemian Rhapsody.”
Collaboration has been a constant thread throughout Mazzello’s career. In “Jurassic Park,” he acted alongside Sam Neill, Laura Dern, and Jeff Goldblum. In “The Social Network,” his performance was complemented by actors like Jesse Eisenberg, Andrew Garfield, and Armie Hammer. The ensemble cast of “Bohemian Rhapsody” included Rami Malek, Lucy Boynton, Gwilym Lee, and Ben Hardy.
